About the Speaker |
Anup Deshpande
Anup Deshpande, has been instrumental in Agile Transformation at the enterprise level and has over 23 years of program management, business operations, and security experience in the Software Industry. He has served at the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter as a Chief Governance Officer (CGO), a President, and a Board Member as well as a President at the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter in the last 10 years. He serves on the Agile Advisory Board and teaches as an Adjunct Faculty at UC Berkeley Extension for a wide variety of Agile and Project Management curricula.
He currently works at a Fortune 100 company, as a Sr. Director of Program Management and Business Operations and has tremendous energy to drive audacious goals for the company. Prior to this, he has worked at various companies including Yahoo where he spearheaded multiple cross-organizational goals to successful completion.
He has bootstrapped two software product startups successfully. He is currently focused on building Trackegy, one of his young startups where they prepare the students for the exams and take the confidence of their students off the roof making them successful to take on further career advancements.
