Event Description:

There are several definitions for strategy, many of which focus on competitive advantage, sustainable growth, superior performance, and organizational goals and objectives. Most conversations target how to define a winning strategy, but few spend  time discussing execution. This event is designed to bridge the gap between strategic leadership, those defining strategy, and execution professionals, those skilled and experienced in bringing big ideas to life.

By attending this event project managers will learn how to communicate to strategic leaders how project management delivers organizational strategies, raising the level of success in strategy execution, and raising the PM value proposition.

Turning strategy into operational outcomes is more complicated than defining an organizations strategy.  As project managers we can increase organizational success by integrating PM’s as execution professionals with the leaders defining strategy.
