Project management careers take many different paths, as leaders it is our responsibility to guide those new to the field and show them potential stepping-stones. Careers are not only about positions taken or opportunities given, they are about building experiences and skills supported by continued education over the life of a career. By attending this event those mentoring project management careers will gain insight into a path not frequently considered, and those new to project management will see how their continued development can lead to a very rewarding career. Through the building blocks of experiences, increasing project complexity, the development of others, all supported through continued education, project managers can experience a career admired by others, and obtain personal career fulfillment. |
