Sustainable Cities with Professor Rob Barlow, PhD

Business Acumen

Description

San Francisco is a beautiful city that houses the most innovative and creative thinkers. The city is often noted as one of the most expensive cities to live in. With this being said, San Francisco is also home to one of the largest homeless populations in the country. A city that is constantly growing and aiming to smarten their approach is also falling behind to care for their most vulnerable residents. Homelessness brings a huge challenge to cities’ sustainability, and the goal to reach ‘Sustainable Cities and Communities’ (UN SDG #11). Hult international Business School is training the leaders of the next generation and it is important to teach them the relevance of social impact and sustainability in society. Bringing together the PMI and Hult Students we can open conversations that help us to shape tomorrow.
