Tanya Monsef Bunger is an executive coach and business consultant with 25+ years of Silicon Valley high tech, startups and non-profit business success in the areas of finance, marketing and strategy. She has coached and delivered programs with leaders from 40+ countries.

She designs leadership training, leads workshops, provides one-on-one coaching, and facilitates conversations to clients around the world with a focus on gender equity. She speaks globally about the power of leading from authenticity as a way to create harmony in the workplace. She is Dean's Executive Professor, Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University (SCU), CA.

Tanya is active in global leadership projects: Board Chair for Global Women’s Leadership Network, Co-Founder of SF Turkish Women’s International Network chapter, and Advisory Board for My Own Business Institute and Program Director of the Global Fellows program at SCU.

Michael sanders

I provide business soft-skills training, coaching and public speaking on management and personal development topics. I have written two books, available on Amazon. I am of Cherokee decent and incorporate Native American principles in my work, relationships and teachings. The main goals in all I do are to pursue excellence, act in fairness with compassion, and have personal freedom.


Chao-Yee Watson is an energetic, high performance manager and business process expert. She is highly effective in applying process and system design knowledge. Successfully proven effectiveness in IT consulting and in all facets of project life cycle development, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training, quality review, and enhancement. Exemplifies in-depth knowledge in a wide spectrum of industries, coupled with expertise in building motivated and productive technical teams. Demonstrates finely honed attention to detail with proven effectiveness to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Navid Nader-Rezvani is a passionate executive engineering leader with proven track record as a change agent, results oriented, and customer advocate. Navid has successfully led multiple global Development and Agile Quality organizations and has spent her career breaking down silos, reducing redundant effort, and building collaborative teams.  She has a rare set of leadership skills and a unique way of working across organizations and time zones to achieve productivity. Navid has been instrumental in delivering releases on time, on budget, with high quality outcomes. She has a strong passion for diversity, mentoring, and volunteering activities and has presented in various conferences. Navid holds a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from VA Tech, is a certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, and PMP certified


Zachary A. Wong, Ph.D. is a highly acclaimed author and instructor in project management, personal effectiveness, human factors, team dynamics and leadership at the University of California Berkeley Extension and Adjunct Professor at the University of California Davis. Dr. Wong has over thirty years of managerial and project management experience at Chevron. He has held senior positions in research and technology, strategic planning, business analysis, mergers and acquisitions and risk assessment.  Dr. Wong is currently an “Honored Instructor” at the University of California at Berkeley Extension and actively gives team and leadership workshops and presentations in the Bay Area.
