When starting a new project, or even adopting one from a previous PM, how do you determine the resources’ strengths and weaknesses? It is crucial to understand team dynamics. Who are the key players and what are their success attributes...what makes them tick?

There is an art to engaging team members for the best possible outcome and this workshop will provide you with some ideas for better understanding yourself and the character(s) of your teammates. Servant leadership is more than just the latest buzzword(s)!

“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first.” -Robert K. Greenleaf.

As [project] managers we should strive to serve our employers by serving our employees, not only to get the job done, but to provide a service that will enhance or even build better relationships with those around us.

Join us for a journey of self-discovery and highly engaging teambuilding activities during this workshop to give you the tools you need to continue to develop yourself and your teams.
