Event Description:

Conflict is a natural part of life, yet it is often seen a negative and horrible experience. Dealing with a difficult conversation or situation can affect your work or personal relationships and get in the way of your leadership or team work. The way you react or respond can lead to unwanted stress, tension in the body, and unpleasant feelings, which can affect your day and your sense of dignity.

What is your conflict style? Instead of automatically reacting in the heat of the moment, what would help you to step back with a calm perspective? What can you do to break from unhelpful patterns of behavior so you can more effectively deal with difficult situations or people? Find out as Coach Athena facilitates an interactive learning experience.
