International Project Management Day is Soon!

Dear Chapter Members:

This year’s 2020 International Project Management Day (IPM) will be held online on Saturday, November 7, 2020.  Due to the current pandemic, the event will take place online for the first time.

What is IPM?

IPM is intended to encourage organizations who practice project management methodologies to schedule a recognition event, within their organizations or coordinated locally with others, to truly demonstrate appreciation for the achievements of project managers and their teams.

What is our focus for this year?

We have diverse speakers that touch upon a range of important project management topics including the importance of strong relationships, how to be successful in virtual Agile teams, latest trends in project management and how critical human factors can impact our leadership and performance.

Here’s a sneak peek of some of the amazing speakers and topics:
Sunil Prashara, President and CEO, Project Management Institute (PMI) on Powering the Project Economy and the Future of Work
Jeff Sutherland, Founder and Chairman of Scrum, Inc on Scrum @ Scale
Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 7, 2020 and take advantage of this great opportunity to experience speaker presentations in an interactive virtual platform, earn 9 PDUs, and connect with the project management community!
