WHAT IS NEW FOR COACHING CIRCLES IN COHORT 3?

We are introducing real-world experiential learning with an opportunity for Mentees to showcase their new skills in one of two independent tracks of Career Building or Leadership Development.

Gain confidence and valuable skills as you participate in a Mentor led experiential learning group. Mentees will either participate in live practice interviews or present to esteemed business leaders and guest panelists based on the topics of their assigned circle.

WHAT IS A MENTORSHIP COACHING CIRCLE?

1 Mentorship Coaching Circle = 1 Mentor to 4 Mentees (max.)

Each Coaching Circle Cohort is 10 weeks long

Two tracks of experiential learning: Career Building and Leadership Development

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CURRENT CIRCLE COHORT?

Pay the registration fee and complete the registration form that will be included in your emailed receipt 

Mentors - register via the form (https://pmisfbac.org/event-registration?eventId=8586) and select the topic of your interest. Mentors DO NOT need to pay the $50 fee, please use the promo code 'mentorcohort3' to register without the fee.

Mentees Pay the Cohort fee of $50.00 (https://pmisfbac.org/event-registration?eventId=8586) and fill out the registration Form to select the topic of your interest. 

*Post Registration, you will receive an email with a link to submit your mentorship circle preferences. Please ensure to provide the details. 

WANT TO BECOME A MENTOR?

• Please complete the application by August 21st, 2021
• Attend an info session on August 26th to set expectations, get access to valuable tools and learn more about how you will lead your Mentorship Circle
• Make a bigger impact by guiding up to 4 mentees honing their skills on a specific topic
• Advance your coaching skills with the support of our mentorship coordination team 
• Build a network of like-minded professionals
• Earn PDUs for your participation

WANT TO BECOME A MENTEE?

• Please complete the application by August 21st, 2021
• Hone and expand your knowledge of a specific topic
• Learn by discussions with your fellow professionals and the completion of your experiential learning under the guidance of your experienced Mentor
• Build a network of like-minded professionals
• Earn PDUs for your participation

NOTE:

We will do our best to match you to a Mentorship Circle based on your preference.

Circles are subject to change and will depend on the level of interest/availability from the applicants

• Kickoff:  August 28th
• Cohort 3 beginning and end: 10 Weeks | Sep 5 - Nov 12

Up to 14 PDUs for Mentors; Up to 12 PDUs for Mentees:  50% Technical; 25% Strategic; 25% Leadership
