WHAT IS A MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?

The PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Mentorship Program fosters a community of project management professionals from all industries and experience levels. We support fellow professionals who are either transitioning into a Project/Program Management career or are seasoned professionals who seek to grow into senior leadership roles.

We offer Coaching Circles and One-On-One Mentoring. Check out our website to learn more! 

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CURRENT CIRCLE COHORT?

  • Register on the website by clicking "Register" below.
  • Fill out the Google Form that will be sent to your email inbox upon registration confirmation.

WANT TO BECOME A MENTOR?

  • Please complete the application by May 22, 2022
  • Make a bigger impact by guiding up to 4 mentees honing their skills on a specific topic
  • Advance your coaching skills by encouraging dialogue
  • Build a network of like-minded professionals
  • Earn PDUs for your participation

WANT TO BECOME A MENTEE?

  • Please complete the application by May 22nd, 2022
  • Hone and expand your knowledge of a specific topic
  • Learn by discussions with your fellow professionals under the guidance of your experienced Mentor
  • Build a network of like-minded professionals
  • Earn PDUs for your participation

NOTE:

    • We will do our best to match you to a Mentorship Circle or One-On-One with a mentor based on your preference. 
    • One on One mentorship fee is $100 - Mentees who are accepted into One on One mentoring will be assessed an additional $50 fee
  • Circles are subject to change and will depend on the level of interest/availability from the applicants

  • May 5, 2022:  Cohort 2 Application Open
  • May 22, 2022:  Applications are due for Mentors and Mentees
  • June 11, 2022:  Cohort 2 Kick-off Event
  • Aug 27, 2022: Cohort 2 End

 
PDUs

Up to 14 PDUs for Mentors; Up to 12 PDUs for Mentees:  50% Technical; 25% Strategic; 25% Leadership

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

 

Free Events

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
