PMI-SFBAC Mentorship Program

We are offering 1:1 and group mentorships through our industry-specific circles to allow Mentees to grow and showcase their skills within a group that shares a similar background or career aspirations.

Mentees will gain confidence and valuable skills as they participate in Mentor-led learning. Opportunities may include: live practice interviews, resume reviews, networking opportunities, and presenting to esteemed business leaders and guest panelists.

Mentorship Circles will consist of 1 Mentor and up to 4 Mentees focused around a topic and industry.

Mentorship Circles Tracks:

• Career Building
• Leadership Development*
• Technical Program Management*

*This track includes experiential learning through a supplemental Case Study. This requires extra time to complete during your 10-week journey.

Industry Focuses:

• Bio Science
• Construction
• Financial Services (FinTech)
• Retail
• Technology

All mentorship options will last for 10 weeks.

Earned at the completion of the mentorship program

• Mentors: up to 14 PDUs
• Mentees - 1:1 match/Career Building circle: up to 13 PDUs
• Mentees - Leadership Development/Technical Program Management circles: up to 16 PDUs

For Mentees: The participation fee is $75 for Mentorship Circles and $125 for 1:1 mentorship.

($75 is collected at the time of registration. If you are matched for a 1:1 Mentorship journey, you will be invoiced an additional $50.)

Jan 31, 2026 - Cohort 1 Kick-off meeting, 9:30AM - 10:30AM (PST)

Jan 31 - Apr 18, 2026 - Cohort 1 - 10-week program

The kick-off meeting will be virtual only and the Mentorship team will share the meeting link & location details before the event.

• Click register and select the fee. (Mentees pay a $75 registration fee; Mentors register free of charge.)

• You will receive a Google Application Form link in the invoice.
• Complete the form by providing information about your background and preferences so the Mentorship team can match you with your mentor.

Our Mentorship Program maintains a “no refund policy” two weeks after the current Cohort Kick-off.

• Cancellations made before the end of this two week period will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations after this two week period are non-refundable

If the Kick-off for the current Cohort is February 10, then the deadline to request a refund will be February 24.
