Let's Talk Bias, Micro-aggressions & the Project Team

Description:

A wise man once said, “If you have a brain, you have bias”. Bias is a natural part of human nature. Often, we are not aware of a bias that influenced a decision. Likewise, people unknowingly commit unintentional microaggressions that can split apart a project team.

The best project teams are comprised of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives that create a robust mind share. This workshop provides tools and strategies a project manager can use to help their teams recognize bias and actively work to build bridges that create a healthy, productive workplace.
