Jira can be a critical tool supporting a team's work, and project managers are often ones that both see the most benefit and end up being the person that helps customize the tool for their teams. This two-part workshop PMs we'll get a solid understanding of Jira's features, core concepts, and how to accomplish everyday tasks as well as help others utilize Jira with a minimum of fuss!

Jim Weaver

 

Jim Weaver is a software developer with experience in many languages and platforms. He has worked in and led teams in many industry verticals including Defense, Leasing, Energy, and Healthcare. Jim has extensive experience with unit and acceptance testing techniques and tools, and is one of the original authors of JWebUnit, an open-source web application testing API and framework.
