Agile Outside of Tech

Power Skills

Most often we hear of agile being used in engineering or technical organizations, but are there other functions and teams that lead projects where agile can help? Join this session with Colleen to discuss the benefits of adopting agile for non-technical teams and functions, such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, and customer support. We'll also cover some best practices for leading agile transformations within these teams and functions in order to realize those benefits and improve project delivery.

Target audience:

Project Managers, Program Managers, and Business Leaders who work with or lead other teams beyond product and engineering, such as marketing, sales, operations, customer support, supply chain planning, HR, finance, etc.
