Being Resilient in the Face of Change

Power Skills

While you may be great at driving change initiatives, how do you support yourself and your team when change is outside your control or “happens to you”? As teams are downsized, key players are pulled, or projects themselves pivot based on shifting priorities, how do you stay the course?

We’ll use CWTC’s “Down and to the Left - Response to Change” framework to facilitate best practice sharing between members that focuses on how to navigate personal and project team response to change. This will be an interactive, hands-on session with lots of discussion and sharing.

Speaker Bio:

Debbie and Jenny, co-founders of CW Training and Consulting, believe the key to a successful business strategy is not the strategy alone but the ability of individuals to flexibly execute the tactics required to turn strategy into reality. They help clients do this through interactive, facilitative workshops that focus on planning, execution and team effectiveness. Their client teams learn as much from each other as they do from Debbie and Jenny.

In the words of one participant, “What I liked best about the workshop was that it was interactive, infused with humor, and the concepts were laid out clearly & concisely.”

Debbie leveraged her MBA in operations management from The Wharton School to build a practice focused on business systems, process improvement and program management for startups to Fortune 500 companies. She’s a certified DiSC partner who prides herself on her ability to connect across diverse functions and personalities to drive engagement.

Jenny comes to the partnership from a career in the software industry, leading engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver large technology programs. She is a Stanford Certified Project Manager, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified DiSC partner, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, reflecting her twin passions for delivering results and facilitating people growing into their potential.
