Detailed Event Description:

These are challenging times with unique market conditions and adaptability will be the key to relevance, both for businesses and professional individual.  Now, more than ever, is the time to up-skill and differentiate yourself and the value you bring to your team and your company.

As a team leader you strive to be more agile and help your team be more productive. To succeed, you need an agile mindset, combined with leadership and team management skills.  And at the same time, being aware and cognizant of doing so within the context of your organization and its culture.  The DALSM training and certification will provide you with the tools and strategies you’ll need to lead an agile team, influence people, remove impediments and tailor your team’s WoW, specific for your particular situation and your unique team.

Joshua Barnes has a passion for helping individuals and organizations understand what their agile options are and perhaps more importantly, which ones work in different contexts leading to better decisions.  Joshua Barnes, founder of Process Mentors says, “We firmly believe that agility is the new currency of business”.  And for true business agility, an organization needs to chose their own WoW optimized for their own unique situation.  Disciplined Agile (“DA”) is a toolkit that enables better decisions inside of organizations and enables optimization of agile teams by choosing their own WoW.

Using a groundbreaking approach to virtual training that is convenient for participants and advantageous for customers. Rather than removing valued employees for weeks at a time to attend in person training, virtual training adapts to realities of today’s always on businesses.
