She is also a certified Six Sigma Professional with over 10 years of HR Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Design, and Change Management experience supporting a variety of industries with a love for Communication. Twila is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Oakland, California, and a Saint Mary’s College of California Alum
