Mental Fitness for Effectiveness and Happiness
This is a workshop exploring the Positive Intelligence approach which focuses on building mental fitness that allows one to face work and life challenges with a positive mindset, staying focused and clear-headed even in the midst of the most challenging and stressful circumstances. This leads to higher performance with more ease, improved relationships - both professional and personal, and an overall higher quality of life with a constant feeling of happiness.
Project Management is a high burnout profession with very high levels of stress. Join speakers, Ella and Laura as they introduce participants to the Positive Intelligence framework, its scientific foundation, and its application. Participants will learn to recognize negative self-limiting voices, neutralize them and switch to the positive perspective. They will practice basic mental fitness-related tools, learn how to build new mental habits, and be introduced to a 6 weeks supported and guided program. Participants will leave with a new awareness of the strength and power of the positive perspective, learn how to practice simple tools to apply throughout the day for increased efficiency, performance, and happiness.

Ella Morgulis is a life, mental fitness, and leadership coach helping her clients who feel lost midcareer, re-discover fulfillment in what they do, or create a clear vision of a transition they want, and make it a reality. She is offering mental fitness training to clients who want to live happy lives and achieve their full potential.
Laura Maish is a Success Coach focusing on mental fitness. As a former bank executive and startup CEO and CPO, Coach Laura serves as a wing woman for both entrepreneurs and corporate professionals who are ready to invest in their personal and/or professional growth to reach new levels of success and joy in their careers, their relationships, and their lives.
